Close an insider list

When it's time to close your insider list, press the close list option.

Closing an insider list when the information has been publicly disclosed

Choose the option the information has been publicly disclosed.
Enter the title and, if relevant, a reference to the press release.
Enter the date and time when the information was no longer considered inside information.
Choose if you want to notify the insiders of the closure.

Please note that you only have to enter the title of the press release when closing a list in connection with a delayed public disclosure since it's required for the Articel 17 report

If the National Competent Authority in your country has an email address to which they accept to receive information about delayed disclosures, we can set up so the email to the authority is automatically sent from InsiderLog when you close a list in connection with public disclosure.

Enter the date and time when the information was no longer considered inside information.
Choose if you want to notify the insiders of the closure.

Once you close an insider list, it will move to the closed insider list section in your left-hand menu.
