Here you can find all the email templates that are connected to each action you do in the system.
Edit email templates
You will see options for each list type you have activated in your system at the top of the page.
- Choose the email template you want to view by pressing a list type and choosing the template from the drop-down options.
- By default you always have our central email templates. The templates include all the regulatory information needed.
If you want to edit an email template, you need to uncheck the box email template subscription below the email template.
When you uncheck this box, this means that you no longer subscribe to our central email templates. You can at any time reset the template and check the box to get our email templates again - You may edit the email subject at the top of the template.
- All the tags in the templates are auto-generated values. For example, the tag {insiderListTitle} will generate the title of the insider list in the email that is sent out.
All tags except {applicationLink} can be removed since this tag generates the link to the form.
You can only use the tags that are already available in the templates. If you try to modify a tag, there is a risk that it will stop working. However, it is possible to remove them completely. - Before confirming your changes, please note you can first send yourself a test email to see how it looks.
- Once you’re done with editing, make sure to click save template for your changes to be saved.
Attach a file to email templates
Note: When you are attaching a file to a template, all recipients of this email will receive it.

Select the email template you want to attach the file to.

Click add file below the template.

Select a file from your PC.

Make sure to click save template for your changes to be saved.
Reset email templates to our email template
- Click Reset template in the bottom right corner
Note: This will remove all your changes and you cannot get them back
