It is now possible to assign a sub admin/groups to each of your lists, including the PDMR and PDMR Extended lists. The admin groups can be created under User Management.
Sub-administrators only have access to:
- Lists a main admin gives them access to
- Lists they create themselves
- Lists created by another admin within the same subgroup
Assign lists to sub-administrators
- Choose the list you want to assign to an admin group
- Press Settings
3. Select the admin group you want to grant access to the list.

Select which sub-admins you want to grant access to the list. At the bottom of the form, add the email addresses of the sub-admins you want to give access to the list. The sub-admin who are not added here won’t be able to access or manage the list.
5. Press Save.
