Delay of disclosure argumentation

This feature provides a way to offer structured justification for delayed disclosures, 
ensuring decisions are well-documented and in line with MAR standards. These fields are not mandatory to be filled, but we do highly recommend filling these in and storing your argumentation in InsiderLog

You can find the argumentation fields in two places:

1. During the list creation flow
   1. You have the option to fill out the fields, although this is not mandatory
2. In the list settings
   1. You can add or edit your disclosure argumentation at any time within the list settings
