Entering the financial calendar for automated closed period reminders is moved to Settings -> PDMR. You are also now able to see what exact date and time the reminders will be sent.
Set up automatic reminders for closed period restrictions
To find the automatic reminder settings, see the image below for reference.
- Enter the dates for your upcoming quarterly reports using the calendar function for each quarter: Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4.
- Choose how many days before the report date you want the notification sent.
According to the regulation, it’s a minimum of 30 days before, therefore it’s the default value. You can customize this if you wish.
- You can now preview the exact date and time the reminder will be sent.
- Make sure that the checkbox(es) below are checked for the lists you want to receive the reminder.
- Proceed to press save once you're done with your setup.
