Each list now has a send reminder option, which allows you to send out manual emails to the list.
Send reminder
If you want to send a manual reminder or a customized email to the list members, use the send reminders button.
- Use the default email template or edit it how you wish.
- Press proceed to trigger the email.
Please note that the insider list reminders, permanent insider list reminders, and sensitive list reminders are only sent to people with the status incomplete.
- To send a reminder to just one person, click edit next to their name in the list.
- Click send reminder to send the message to just that individual.
PDMR and PDMR extended reminder
When sending reminders to the PDMR och PDMR Extended list, you may also choose if you want the reminder to be sent to the complete, incomplete, or all members.
