Explanation of the functions

Here, you may read about each function you can find on the starting page.

  1. Emails sent from the system.

    1. At the top of the page, press sent emails.

      Here, you will find an overview with the date and time, recipients, status, and subject of the emails that have been sent from your account. You may find an explanation of the different statues at the top of the page.
    2. Press show to see further details and, if needed, resend the email.
  2. Main users

    1. Under main users, you may find an overview of all current users in your account. 

    2. Press show to view their further details.
  3. Add and manage institutions

    1. Under edit institutions, you must add the relevant data yourself when starting to use the tool.
    2. To add an institution, enter their name in the blank rows.
    3. To remove an institution, check the box under hide.
    4. Press save to save your changes.
  4. Add and manage the confidentiality and service assignments

    1. Under, edit the confidentiality and service assignments, you must add the relevant data yourself when starting to use the tool.
    2. To add a confidentiality and service assignment, enter their name in the bland rows.
    3. On the right side of the rows, you can choose to mark them as institutions.
    4. To remove a confidentiality and service assignment, check the box under hide.
    5. Press save to save your changes.

  5. View and manage the email templates

    1. Under edit instructions, you may find the email templates.
    2. Feel free to use the default templates, or edit them if you wish to add your signature for example.
      If you decide to edit the templates, make sure to keep the value to generate the links sent out.
    3. Press save to save your changes.

      If you are affected by bindings for welfare areas, you need to adjust the law reference in the templates, as you have a separate law to fulfil, not the municipal law.Please send a message to support@complylog.com and we will help you with this.

  6. View and manage the data protection statement

    1. Under the data protection statement, you should enter your own data connected to the responsible controller.
    2. Press save to save your changes.
  7. Invite to leave a statement/Register

    1. The page invite to leave a statement, allows you to invite one or more persons to make a declaration of their affiliations. 
      You can also import a list of the persons by adding an Excel table. The Excel table should contain at least the e-mail addresses and personal identifiers of the persons.
    2. Enter all personal data fields. The social security number is not a required field.
    3. You may choose which sender and sender address you want to send the email from.
    4. Enter a subject and feel free to edit the email template if you wish.
    5. Under the same page, you may invite new users to your system. Follow the same procedure as mentioned above and select yes under the main user option.
    6. Proceed to edit the email template to formulate a registration invitation. Make sure to keep or the email cannot be sent.
    7. Press send email invitation to trigger the email.
  8. Send reminders

    1. Under send reminders, you may trigger reminders to people invited to leave their statements/or register their accounts.
    2. Press add new.
    3. Fill in all required fields.
    4. Press add to activate the reminder.
  9. Download the declaration of affiliations form; declaration of affiliations instructions; and history report

    1. Simply press which report to download, and it will be saved to your computer.

At the bottom of your starting page, you may find an overview of the declaration of affiliations and positions of trust and office.
